The Colour Forge 6x2 mm Neodymium Magnets are powerful N52 modelling magnets for miniatures, vehicles, terrain and other hobby projects where larger components need a strong but removable connection. Each pack contains 20 magnets measuring 6x2 mm, with a manufacturer-rated vertical pull of 601 g when placed flush against a mild steel surface.
The 6 mm diameter provides a larger contact area than smaller modelling magnets, making this size particularly useful for heavier components such as vehicle weapons, turrets, large model sections and removable terrain elements. The magnets are axially magnetised, with the north and south poles located on the two flat faces, making them straightforward to install into drilled recesses or prepared mounting points.
Each magnet is made from high-grade N52 neodymium (NdFeB) and finished with a nickel-copper-nickel coating for corrosion resistance. Always check polarity before permanently gluing magnets into a model. Neodymium magnets can be harmful if swallowed or inhaled and should be stored safely out of reach of children.
