Ice Crystals is a ready-to-use basing material from Base-X that has been developed to recreate frozen caverns, glacial formations and crystalline winter landscapes on miniature bases. The mixture consists of larger translucent stones with a heavy frosted appearance that can be applied directly with hobby glue, allowing hobbyists to create dramatic frozen environments without combining multiple basing products or techniques.

Part of the Snow Series, Ice Crystals focuses on creating the appearance of solid ice formations rather than fine snow or frost. The frosted translucent stones resemble frozen crystal deposits, shattered glaciers and thick accumulations of ancient ice, immediately giving miniature bases a striking three-dimensional appearance.
