Base-X Basix Series Grey Basetopping

BASIX Series Grey is a ready-to-use basing material from Base-X that has been developed to create neutral, rocky and understated bases for miniatures, terrain pieces and dioramas. The carefully composed texture mix can be applied directly with hobby glue, allowing hobbyists to create finished bases quickly without combining multiple basing products or techniques.

Part of the Base-X BASIX Series, this mixture focuses on reduction to the essentials. Instead of colourful effects and highly decorative elements, BASIX Series Grey uses natural grey tones and a refined texture to create elegant bases that complement miniatures without drawing attention away from them.

The mixture consists of only three carefully selected materials, including rare earths and distinctive stones that work together to provide texture, depth and subtle visual variation. The neutral grey appearance makes this basing material particularly suitable for rocky landscapes, urban environments, ruined battlefields and projects where the base should support the miniature rather than dominate the overall presentation.
