Incense for Meditation, Air freshener or Aroma therapy

Find a suitable place to burn your incense, fire proof and with good ventilation. 

Light the end/top of the incense, Let the flame burn for about 10 seconds. 

Gently blow out the flame and put your incense in the holder.

Let the incense burn until it goes out (20-30 minutes), never let incense burn unattended.
